Program Coordinator
Managed all on-air programming for a continuous broadcast schedule, supporting the development of new and existing programs while maintaining clear communication across multiple station teams. Led the recruiting, onboarding, and training of on-air hosts to ensure consistent broadcast quality and station standards. Coordinated scheduling and coverage to maintain seamless daily operations, including support for fundraising campaigns and special broadcasts. Contributed to promotional efforts through the creation of video and photo campaigns for products and station events.
Radio Personality
Served as a regular midday on-air host, with additional coverage across morning, afternoon, and evening shows as needed. Hosted the listener-focused segment “Toast From Your Host,” sharing messages from the audience and strengthening community engagement. Delivered live on-air pitches during semiannual fundraising campaigns and represented the station at live events, interacting directly with listeners and building strong audience connections.
