Lead on-air staff scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews, supporting talent development and consistent execution. Curate music and content logs to drive audience engagement and reinforce the station’s brand. Direct promotions and branding initiatives, working cross-departmentally to ensure compliance and alignment. Create engaging on-air content and interactive listener experiences, supporting station promotions through both on-air presence and social media engagement.

Afternoon Host
Host live weekday afternoon broadcasts from 2:00–7:00 PM and Saturdays from 3:00–7:00 PM, delivering engaging, high-energy programming tailored to the station’s core audience. Serve as a brand ambassador and the on-air face of the station, building strong listener relationships through live calls, interactive segments, and real-time audience engagement. Represent the station at in-person appearances, remote broadcasts, promotions, and community events, driving brand visibility and listener loyalty. Lead on-air giveaways and promotional initiatives, creating memorable listener experiences both on and off the air.
